Terms and conditions

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These General Terms and Conditions for registration, use of the service (Sora Stream) govern the relations between Content for Mobile, Dimitsanis 24A, Limassol, Cyprus and any person using the Service (hereinafter referred to as USER) who registers on the Website (Sora Stream) and/or uses the services of the websites (Sora Stream).


II. APPLICATION FOR SERVICES

1. In order to use the services of the Site and the Application, the User must register on the Site or in the Application, or express a desire to use them.

2. In cases where a minor registers, the same also declares the consent of his parents or guardians to these General Terms and Conditions. In cases of registration of a person under the age of 14, the application for consent to the General Terms and Conditions is made by the parent or guardian of the same.

3. Agreement to the General Terms and Conditions. The User expresses his will to agree to these General Terms and Conditions. The consent expressed under the terms of the previous sentence constitutes an electronic statement by which the User declares that he is familiar with these General Terms and Conditions, agrees with them and undertakes to comply with them.

4. When using the Service, the User agrees with the General Terms and Conditions and/or when downloading the Application on his mobile device.

III. PRICES AND PAYMENT

1. The Service uses DCB as the main payment method - a payment that deducts the amount from your mobile phone bill.

2. The price of a subscription for 7  days (week): 4,99 SGD including VAT. Payment is made by deducting the amount from your mobile phone bill.

3. The Service is valid via 3G/Wi-Fi. For this purpose, the mobile phone number is entered in a special field. The “Continue” button is pressed, after which an SMS is received from a short number with an access code, which is entered in the appropriate field and thus access to the Service is obtained.

4. The Service is valid for Singtel via the mobile network and Wifi. For Singtel, the user must agree to the general terms and conditions by pressing and checking three times. The “Continue”, “Confirm” and “Subscribe Now” buttons must be pressed to subscribe to the service. The price of the service is indicated above the “Continue”, “Confirm” and “Subscribe Now”  buttons - 4,99 SGD  per week including VAT - which allows users to be informed about the price of the service before being charged.

5. By making the payment, the User expresses his/her explicit consent that he/she wishes to receive access to the requested content. The User confirms that he/she agrees with and knows that by making the payment by the User and receiving access to the requested content.

6. Activation of the Service. The service is activated after confirmation of payment.

IV. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PROVIDER

1.The Provider undertakes to protect the information provided by the User during his registration in accordance with the rules of the Personal Data Protection Act.

2. The Provider is not liable if the User does not correctly follow the instructions for access to the relevant payment system or if the fault for failure to provide the service is beyond the competence of the Provider.

3. The Provider reserves the right to immediately and unconditionally terminate access to the service of a User who attempts to unlawfully influence the content of the Service.

4. The Site and the Application may contain links to other pages or internet resources. The Provider does not control and is not responsible for the content, products, services or information contained in these links.

V. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER

1. The User undertakes to exercise his rights to use the services, complying with the applicable regulatory enactments, these General Terms and Conditions and the instructions for use.

2. The User is fully responsible for protecting his/her e-mail and password, as well as for all actions performed by him/her or a third party using his/her data.

3. The User undertakes not to record, reproduce, replicate, publish or distribute in any way the content to which he/she has been granted access.

4. The Provider is not responsible for improper use of the Application. 5. Any public display of the content for commercial or other purposes other than personal use is prohibited.

VI. COMPLAINTS

1. Complaints may be filed only in the event that the service is unavailable /with duly requested and paid access by the User/ due to the Provider's fault.

2. The Provider is not liable for software or hardware problems with the User's terminal device, equipment failure at the User's, incorrect entry of access codes, faulty hardware or software or interruption of the User's internet connection, problems of the Internet provider, or in other cases beyond the Provider's control.

3. When the Provider implements improvements and changes to the service, the same cannot be considered as grounds for a complaint.

4. The Provider is not liable for damages caused by the Client to third parties.

5. The Provider is not liable for material or non-material damages, expressed in lost profits or damages suffered by the Client in the process of using or not using the Service.

6. The Provider does not owe compensation in the event of the fault of any of the service's subcontractors.

7. The information and personal data that the User voluntarily provides during and on the occasion of using the service, entitles the Provider to use them within the framework of its own projects.

VII. CANCELLATION The User may cancel the subscription by visiting the following address: (https://sg-gamesora.net/en-SG/unsubscribe).  The Provider reserves the right to: Change the content of the Service and the Application. Remove content and information without prior notice.
